A Central Coast Council Economic Development Initiative

This Central Coast Council Pilot Project is an economic development strategic initiative (from the Central Coast Economic Development Strategy 2040) designed to foster collaboration between education, industry, government, and the broader community.
MCB Business Partners, under the leadership of the Central Coast Council’s Economic Development Section, is the Council’s program supplier.
The project aims to create and enhance school programs & lessons that inspire young people to connect with commerce on the Central Coast and all its opportunities.

An MCB Business Partners Initiative

MCB Business Partners and Core Electronics, supported by teachers, government, and the cyber security industry, have partnered to create a best in class cyber security learning experience.
Cyber City is a complete, open source, and industry-aligned set of pedagogical resources and methods to support teachers introducing inquiry-led, cyber security and digital innovation concepts in the classroom.
Following the successful piloting of Cyber City in 2024, the team are now reworking this immersive, tech-driven classroom experience to be re-released in mid-2025.
